Delete account
& data
GetPregnant has no sign-in or user accounts, so there is no online account to close. Your period dates and check-ins are stored on your device. This website cannot access or erase them remotely.
Delete everything in the app
- Open GetPregnant on your Android device.
- Open the Cycles tab.
- Tap Erase all, then confirm Delete everything.
- Wait for saving to finish. If the app reports a save error, tap Retry save before closing it.
All period starts, flow entries, symptoms, and mood check-ins are deleted from the app’s local storage. Erase all is available even if you have only check-ins and no period starts. There is no server copy or retention period for cycle data held by us.
If you cannot open the app
In Android settings, open Apps → GetPregnant → Storage & cache → Clear storage (sometimes called “Clear data”). Labels vary by device. This resets the app and removes its local entries.
Delete an individual entry
Open the Calendar, navigate to the date, and deselect its flow, symptoms, and moods. Removing a period start also removes the check-in on that start date. Other days are kept; use Erase all to delete everything.
Need help or want an email deleted?
Email [email protected] with the subject “GetPregnant data deletion.” We can help with instructions or delete support correspondence we hold, subject to any legal retention obligation. We cannot see or delete cycle entries from your device. You do not need to email us to erase app data.
