What GetPregnant does
GetPregnant lets you record period dates and daily check-ins and view calendar estimates of cycle timing. You are responsible for the entries you make. Missing or inaccurate entries can affect estimates.
Estimates, not a diagnosis
GetPregnant is not a medical device, medical advice, a pregnancy test, or a contraceptive. It cannot confirm ovulation or pregnancy. A low estimate does not mean pregnancy is impossible. The name does not promise or guarantee pregnancy. Do not use the app to prevent pregnancy or replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
Your data and deletion
Your cycle entries are stored locally on your device. You control what you record and can erase all entries from the Cycles screen. Deleting data is permanent within the app; we cannot restore it. Read our privacy policy and deletion instructions.
Availability and changes
Android is the first planned release; iOS will follow later. Availability may vary by store and region. We may correct, update, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free predictions.
Use of the app
You may use GetPregnant for personal cycle tracking. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or infringe the rights of others. App store terms also apply when you download the app.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights. Any limitation of responsibility applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Updates to these terms
The effective date shows when these terms were last updated. Material changes will be reflected here and, where appropriate, in the app’s release information.
