Terms of use

These terms describe the use of GetPregnant and this website. By using the app or website, you agree to these terms. For questions, contact [email protected].

What GetPregnant does

GetPregnant lets you record period dates and daily check-ins and view calendar estimates of cycle timing. You are responsible for the entries you make. Missing or inaccurate entries can affect estimates.

AI chat

Optional AI chat uses AI service providers to generate educational replies from your questions and relevant app records after you enable sharing. Replies may be incomplete or incorrect. AI cannot diagnose conditions, confirm ovulation or pregnancy, prescribe treatment, or edit your records. Do not use it for emergencies; seek urgent medical help when needed. Internet access and a usage allowance are required. Availability and limits may change; no unlimited use is promised.

GetPregnant Plus

Tracking and Learn are free. Plus includes AI chat and personal reports. GetPregnant Plus is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the App Store on iPhone and Google Play on Android. Available plans and prices are shown in the app from your store before you confirm purchase. The initial US plans are $3.99 monthly or $24.99 yearly (or the equivalent price in your local currency), paid upfront for each period, with no free trial. Applicable taxes may be added by the store. Canceling generally keeps access until the end of the paid period.

App Store (iPhone). Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions), or from Settings → Manage subscription in the app. Refunds are requested from Apple under Apple’s policies. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Your use of the iPhone app is also governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement; where these terms and that agreement differ, these terms add to it without reducing your rights under it.

Google Play (Android). Payment is charged through Google Play when you confirm. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in Google Play before the next renewal. Payment failures, refunds and revocations are governed by Google Play’s status and policies, and refund requests are handled under Google Play’s policies and applicable consumer rights. Use Settings → Manage subscription to open Google Play.

Both plans include 60 AI questions per calendar month, resetting at 00:00 UTC on the first day of each month. Unused questions do not roll over. Tool calls used to answer one question do not each count as another question. AI requires internet access and consent to data processing. Temporary capacity limits may apply. AI is educational, can make mistakes and is not medical care or a guarantee of conception.

Use Restore purchases with the same Apple Account or Google Play account after reinstalling or changing devices. Deleting local data or uninstalling does not cancel billing. A subscription restores eligible Plus access, not erased cycle records; those remain local to each device.

Your data and deletion

Your cycle entries are stored locally on your device. You control what you record and can erase all entries from Settings. Deleting data is permanent within the app; we cannot restore it. Read our privacy policy and deletion instructions.

Availability and changes

GetPregnant is available for iPhone and Android. Availability may vary by store and region. We may correct, update, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free predictions.

Use of the app

You may use GetPregnant for personal cycle tracking. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or infringe the rights of others. The App Store and Google Play terms also apply when you download the app.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights. Any limitation of responsibility applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Updates to these terms

The effective date shows when these terms were last updated. Material changes will be reflected here and, where appropriate, in the app’s release information.
