Help us understand the issue

Tell us what happened and what you expected. For an app issue, include your GetPregnant version, Android version, and device model if you know them. Please leave out private cycle details and remove personal information from any screenshots.

Deleting your data

You can erase your cycle entries directly in the app. Follow our Delete account and data instructions. GetPregnant has no online accounts, and we cannot access or erase entries on your device.

To ask us to delete support emails, use the subject “GetPregnant data deletion.” Our privacy policy explains how we handle support correspondence.
